What will I be responsible for?
Operating as the main point of contact between internal departments, clients and external suppliers Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, working closely with colleagues, teams and the Head of Projects.
Ensuring every project is delivered on time and to specification Communicating clearly and resolving issues that arise during the project delivery process Managing project budgets Achieving high client satisfaction scores for every project Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will … Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the Market Research sector Be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years Account, Client or Project Management experience. xwwtmva Demonstrate experience with CATI, CAPI or CAWI research methodologies Have a good working knowledge of Excel, numbers, ratios
