About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Do you want to be part of a caring, supportive, and dedicated team? We’re looking for a Senior Care and Support Worker to work 21 hours a week at our supported living project, in Southend-on-Sea, Essex which provides accommodation and care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to empower people to live independently and enjoy full, quality lives.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside a dedicated team to provide person-centred care and support.
  • Deliver personal care in line with individual care plans.
  • Support with daily living tasks, such as mealtimes, laundry, and housekeeping.
  • Promote inclusion, dignity, and independence for every client.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, families, and professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Uphold safeguarding, health.
