FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 1 YEAR (potentially longer dependent on funding arrangements). We’re looking for a suitably qualified Teaching and Learning Assistant to join the team at Field House, where every child is seen, known, and valued. If you connect well with young people, believe in inclusion and enjoy seeing children grow and thrive, we want to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to see children make great progress, both socially and academically, is nurturing and positive and works proactively. You’ll work alongside our experienced team to support pupils’ learning, well-being and development, helping create a classroom where all children feel safe, supported and inspired.
