Field & Flower was founded in 2011 by two friends after meeting at agricultural university, one a farmer and the other a food lover. We are a leading UK food subscription business specialising in grass fed, free-range meat and responsibly caught fish. We also offer a range of artisan cheese, scotch eggs, pies, charcuterie, stocks, salts, and seasonings – supporting livestock, local livelihoods, and a living planet with every product we sell.

We’re looking for a Digital Designer & Content Creator to join our growing marketing team — someone who’s bursting with ideas and ready to make an impact. This is a rare opportunity to own a role from day one, helping to shape the look and feel of our brand across paid advertising, organic social, website and email marketing. Working closely with our in-house team, you’ll have the freedom to develop and create your ideas into standout marketing that connects with customers and shares our passion for great food.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and design creative assets for use across all marketing channels: website, email, social, print, etc.
  • Develop and design creative assets to reflect brand campaigns, seasonal themes and ad hoc marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to refresh website designs and improve UX.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager to create and generate content for use across all marketing channels.
  • Lead on new creative ideas that help to drive brand awareness.
  • Proof all artwork to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Own ad-hoc internal creative and design requests.
  • Ensure all creative content and/or official documentation is developed to a high standard and reflects the brand guidelines.
  • Photography and videography of new products, farm visits and recipe shoots.
  • Liaise with freelance photographers, videographers, food stylists and prop stylists to organise and brief seasonal shoots.
  • Create, source and edit images and videos for marketing use.
  • Management of print suppliers and print process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience web, email, and (preferably) print design.
  • Proven experience in content creation for both digital performance and organic channels.
  • Self-starter who can work creatively with small budgets.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects.
  • Experience in food photography desirable.
  • An understanding of social media marketing and insights.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills.
  • Comfortable briefing and managing freelancers.
  • A keen eye for detail and visual creativity.
  • A passion for food and ethical farming.

More information

  • Permanent, Full-time role.
  • Office based 2 days a week in London office, SW4 6JP.
