Regional Facilities Manager The Capital Projects team within i QSA is responsible for delivering accretive capital works throughout the estate, including 3,000 room refurbishments every summer and delivery substantial new build properties.
The Regional Facilites Manager will work closely with the Maintenance Technicians based on site, the Operations team and the Health and Safety Team.
They will have extensive knowledge of compliance, PPM's and routine maintenance across a large estate.
