We have recently opened our flagship warehouse in Hams Hall, Coleshill, and we are looking for a dynamic, confident, and forward‑thinking Warehouse Shift Manager to join our leadership team. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe running of all warehouse operations during your shift. Key Responsibilities
- Shift Leadership — Lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff to achieve daily operational targets.
- Workflow Management — Oversee and coordinate all inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
- Task Delegation — Assign duties effectively to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.
- Safety Compliance — Maintain and enforce high safety standards, ensuring all staff follow company and legal requirements.
- Performance Monitoring — Track KPIs, identify issues early, and implement improvements.
- Problem Solving — Respond quickly to operational challenges to keep the shift running smoothly.
- Training & Development — Support new starters and help develop existing team members.
- Communication — Provide clear handovers and maintain strong communication with other shift managers and senior leadership.
