We have recently opened our flagship warehouse in Hams Hall, Coleshill, and we are looking for a dynamic, confident, and forward-thinking Warehouse Shift Manager to join our leadership team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe running of all warehouse operations during your shift. You will bring vision, leadership, and operational expertise, helping us shape the culture and performance of a growing site. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff to achieve daily operational targets.
- Oversee and coordinate all inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
- Assign duties effectively to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain and enforce high safety standards, ensuring all staff follow company and legal requirements.
- Track KPIs, identify issues early, and implement improvements.
- Respond quickly to operational challenges to keep the shift running smoothly.
- Support new starters and help develop existing team members.
- Provide clear handovers and maintain strong communication with other shift managers and senior leadership.
