As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for planning maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and improve production efficiency. Alongside this, you will ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations and legislation. The business has made significant changes over the last 18 months, so you are joining a company that is forward‑thinking and wants to achieve great things. Continuous improvements and project work are the key areas that the business is investing in.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a well‑established and highly experienced engineering team that needs a leader to support them.
- Coach, mentor, and help the engineering team when required.
- Implement an engineering planned maintenance system; experience in delivering new planned maintenance programs would be an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering new planned maintenance programs is a plus.
- If you have Food industry/FMCG experience, then this role would suit you well.
