If so, you’re looking in the right place… I am looking for an Night Shift Engineer to join a manufacturing company based in Hampshire. They supply to a large proportion of the UK’s retailers. With £5M worth of investment scheduled over the next 12 months. As part of their investment drive, they are holding meetings across the engineering function within the group, to see where the investment can be wisely spent. Not only does this give you an opportunity to improve the machinery you are working with, it allows you to play a part in the company growth. You will be joining at a time of culture change, therefore if you are an individual that is hard working and keen to working within a strong team environment, then this is for you. You will have multiple opportunities to see the factory beforehand and you will be given the chance to speak to the already established engineering team to get a feel for the position. Reactive maintenance is something of the past… We wish. So, you need to appreciate that this position does come with an of firefighting. However, this is an area that is being heavily focused on to keep as minimal as possible.
