This is not the only area that they are always striving to be the best at; they regularly assess and understand the market to ensure that you receive the best package and tools that are available.
You will be joining a business that is looking to maintain its can-do approach, working within an environment that seeks improvement and works closely together across all departments to uphold their high standards. As a Multi-skilled Engineer, you will be required to complete planned maintenance and think fast on your feet to tackle reactive maintenance.
You will need an understanding of Electrical and Mechanical engineering, with the willingness to learn new skills/machinery. You will be working in a 24/7 operation, so you will need to have an element of flexibility around your working hours. This position isn’t one for you to be standing around, waiting for the next job to come to you. You will need to be visible on the factory floor, willing to support production with any issues.
Proactive maintenance is something they are heavily enforcing; however, you have to appreciate that reactive work is a given. Working in such a fast-paced environment, you must have experience working within the food industry or FMCG. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and get stuck in. Ideally, we are looking for apprentice-trained Engineers in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
