Your mission: You will be the driving force behind the day-to-day office experience ensuring the environment is organised, fully functional, and enjoyable for everyone. From maintaining smooth operations and strong supplier relationships to enhancing employee experience through onboarding, events, and thoughtful touches, you will play a key role in shaping a positive and productive office culture.

Specific Responsibilities: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and smooth running of the office, including:

  • Managing office supplies, including kitchen stock and stationery, ensuring adequate levels are maintained at all times;
  • Liaising with building management and external service providers to support efficient office operations;
  • Coordinating with the cleaning company to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene;
  • Overseeing the upkeep of the workspace, ensuring all common areas are organised, presentable, and well-maintained;
  • Managing reception duties, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming deliveries;
  • Overseeing post management, including the receipt, distribution, and dispatch of correspondence;
  • Supporting the onboarding of new joiners, ensuring a smooth and welcoming office experience from day one;
  • Arranging employee gifts and wellbeing initiatives;
  • Organising company events and team socials to promote engagement and a positive team culture.

About you: Excellent communicator and fluent in written and verbal English; other language skills (in particular Spanish, German and French) are a plus; Outstanding project management and organisational skills. Enjoy working in an international environment; Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions in an international environment; Outstanding organisational skills; You are critical, pragmatic, proactive: a hands-on problem solver with can-do attitude; Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines; Team player; Hungry to learn and push your boundaries in a growing company.
