Why join our team?
We believe we are a great company to work for. This is what you get as a member of our team:
- A hands-on role with genuine scope to grow into Azure administration, security and IT project work;
- Direct exposure to the senior IT and data team, with support towards relevant certifications;
- A focused, collaborative technology function where your work is visible across the business;
- A dynamic and international environment;
- Being part of a rapidly expanding company entering new product and market segments; and
- Competitive salary, health insurance, pension and a discretionary bonus.
Your mission:
As our IT Support Analyst, you will keep systems, devices and users running smoothly across the business. You will provide day-to-day technical support, working closely with the data and IT teams, and grow into wider administration, security and project work as the function develops.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide first/second-line support across hardware, software and network issues; log and resolve tickets via the internal IT ticketing system, maintaining clear documentation;
- Support and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and core business applications;
- Manage onboarding/offboarding: device setup, account provisioning and secure decommissioning;
- Support VPN/remote access and contribute to phishing awareness initiatives; and
- Manage hardware inventory, procurement, repairs and vendor relationships; maintain shared drives and distribution lists.
Areas you'll grow into:
Working alongside the senior IT and data team, you will take on more of the following as you develop:
- Microsoft Entra ID administration - accounts, permissions, group policies, conditional access and MFA/SSO (e.g. Duo Security);
- Endpoint monitoring via RMM (remote monitoring and management) tooling, antivirus/endpoint protection and response to patch and security alerts;
- Security compliance work and audit evidence gathering;
- Support for data team tooling (e.g. user-side Azure connectivity), escalating complex issues to the senior IT/data team; and
- IT projects such as system upgrades, rollouts and process improvements.
About you:
- 1-2 years' experience in an IT support/service desk role;
- A practical, hands-on problem solver - comfortable diagnosing hardware faults, working through logs and learning unfamiliar systems with limited supervision;
- Solid working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments;
- Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) administration, or the aptitude to develop this quickly;
- Experience using ticketing systems for incident tracking;
