Salary: £50,000 per annum, plus benefits
The Role
We need a hands-on and commercially-minded Supply Chain Manager to optimise FIDO’s global procurement and fulfilment operations. This is a key role in helping us scale efficiently, ensuring our hardware and solutions are delivered on time, cost-effectively, and without friction.
You will take end-to-end ownership for procurement across the group, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve reliability, and build supply chain resilience. You’ll manage vendor relationships, support logistics and customs clearance, and work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
What You\’ll Do
Supply Chain Optimisation: Design and implement scalable supply chain strategies that support growth, reduce cost, and minimise delays.
Procurement Management: Lead procurement across the group, from vendor selection and negotiation through to purchase order execution and delivery.
Order Fulfilment: Oversee order processing, inventory, logistics, and delivery timelines to meet customer and internal requirements.
Customs and Compliance: Address import/export challenges, ensuring full compliance and minimal disruption from customs holds or delays.
Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing and logistics partners to drive performance and accountability.
Reporting and Insight: Track supply chain metrics and KPIs, using data to drive decisions and improvements.
About You
· You have proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles in a manufacturing or tech environment.
· You understand end-to-end supply chain operations and are confident managing external partners.
· You’re highly organised, analytical, and comfortable working with data and systems.
· You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-moving, scale-up culture.
· You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and know how to drive outcomes collaboratively.
Nice to Have
· Experience working with international supply chains, customs, and freight.
· Background in hardware or tech product delivery within a startup or scale-up.
· Familiarity with inventory management and procurement software.
