As a fast-growing global business FIDO relies on a thriving, high-performing team culture.
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to support FIDO through its next phase of growth. This is a hands-on, flexible, part-time role ideal for a confident, CIPD-qualified HR professional (or working towards qualification) who wants to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven scale-up.
You’ll lead our core people operations – from recruitment and onboarding to policy and process. You’ll also be a trusted partner to the leadership team on cultural and organisational matters. FIDO has a diverse and talented growing team, so you’ll need to ensure our HR systems and compliance foundations are rock solid, including visa sponsorship and payroll admin.
This role is hands-on, flexible, and right at the heart of our mission to create a thriving, high-performing team culture.
What You\’ll Do
- Talent & Recruitment: Own and improve our end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes. Manage our internship programme and external recruitment partners to ensure a pipeline of top talent.
- People Support: Be the go-to person for everyday HR matters, coaching and supporting our people to be their best.
- Policy & Compliance: Lead the development and upkeep of all HR documentation, from contracts to handbooks to policies.
- Leadership Partnership: Provide HR input on disciplinary and grievance issues, org change, and help protect and nurture FIDO’s culture.
- Operations & Systems: Fully own HR operational processes, including HiBob (HRIS), SAGE Payroll, and administration of our UK visa sponsorship programme.
- External Engagement: Represent the CEO where appropriate with key partners, investors, or stakeholders.
About You

Nice to Have
·Experience in a tech, SaaS, or startup/scale-up environment.
·Familiarity with HiBob or similar HR platforms.
·Knowledge of UK visa sponsorship or international hiring.
What We Offer
·A mission with purpose: we fight water loss with AI.

·Competitive compensation, equity options, and a flexible hybrid work model.
·A fast-moving, bold, authentic culture where people matter.
