The Role
We’re looking for a Remortgage Executive to join our Remortgage team. This is an exciting opportunity to work independently on a caseload of files, processing all elements of a Remortgage case from case opening to registration of the charge, ensuring that any complexities are dealt with by liaising with our Legal Technical Advisers whilst working with department processes and meeting targets.
You’ll Be:
- Working closely and proactively as a team of 3 with another Remortgage Executive and a Support Assistant on a day-to-day basis, to ensure the smooth running of the files, exchanges, and completions
- Maintaining and building good professional working relationships with clients and external institutions such as lender organisations and mortgage brokers
- Delivering a reliable, straightforward and proficient service to all clients in connection with re-mortgage and transfer of equity matters
- Precise recording of information onto the case management system
- Prioritising workload to ensure service level expectations are met
- Preparation of transfers for Transfer of Equity matters
- Reporting to the client on mortgage offers
- Dealing with clients, brokers, agents or other work providers in a professional manner at all times
- Keeping up to date with new legislation and sharing with colleagues where appropriate
- Providing cover for team absences such as annual leave/sick leave
