We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our Marketing team at Fidler & Pepper Lawyers.
This is a varied, hands-on role providing essential administrative support across our external and internal marketing activity. You’ll help keep things organised, up to date and running smoothly, supporting a wide range of day-to-day marketing activities and projects.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys the organisational side of marketing, understands the importance of brand and client experience, and is confident taking ownership of their responsibilities.
About the role
Fidler & Pepper is an award-winning specialist law firm, and our Marketing team supports the promotion of our legal services locally and nationally, alongside our brand, communications, events, community activity and internal marketing. As our Marketing Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide the practical and administrative support that helps keep all of this moving. It’s a busy and varied role, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, likes keeping things organised and takes pride in getting the detail right.
You’ll be joining a friendly, busy Marketing team with the opportunity to get involved in a broad mix of marketing activity across the firm.

What you’ll be doing
Your role will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across our marketing activity
- Coordinating marketing materials and general requirements
- Supporting the administration of marketing budgets, invoices and records
- Helping to coordinate events, community activities and internal initiatives
- Supporting the management of client reviews and feedback
- Maintaining marketing information, spreadsheets and reports
- Carrying out research to support marketing activity
- Supporting external and internal communications
- Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and other contacts to coordinate marketing activity
- Providing general support across marketing projects and priorities
About you
You’ll ideally have 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role, or experience working as part of or supporting a marketing team.
You’ll be someone who enjoys keeping things organised, is comfortable managing a varied workload and can be relied upon to follow things through.
You’ll also be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your work
- Able to manage different tasks, priorities and deadlines
- A clear and confident written and verbal communicator
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Interested in marketing and keen to develop your experience in this area
- Happy working independently as well as being part of a team
It would be an advantage if you also have previous experience of:
- Using Canva or other design platforms
- Working with CRM systems
- Supporting or coordinating events
- Supporting marketing communications, reporting or client feedback activity
You don’t need experience in all of these areas, but some previous exposure would be useful.
