With the aim of strengthening our Team in the United Kingdom - Stansted, we are recruiting a Business Operations Support Manager. The Business Operations Support Manager drives operational excellence and supports revenue growth by coordinating key commercial operations. Oversees execution of local commercial strategies, customer service performance, pricing and contracting processes, and trade investment management. Builds strong channel partnerships across wholesalers, resellers, pharmacy chains, and hospitals. Ensures accurate forecasting, efficient sales force processes, and seamless alignment between commercial, finance, and sales teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead preparation of sell-in and ex-factory sales forecasts based on sell-out assumptions ensuring ownership of pricing processes.
  • Coordinate demand planning activities, aligning forecasts with inventory and logistics requirements to guarantee product availability and minimize stock-outs.
  • Monitor and evaluate channel and customer performance to identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Analyze sales results, stock levels, and sell-in data by customer to provide actionable business insights.
  • Develop analytical procedures and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and revenue optimization.
  • Lead the Gross-to-Net (GTN) accrual process in collaboration with Finance.
  • Design, prepare, and implement the national Commercial Policy, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Lead the hospital tender process, including negotiation, dossier preparation, and submission, according to the affiliate dimension, through the coordination of a team of KAMs.
  • Manage cooperation and trade agreements with wholesalers, purchasing groups, and resellers (annexes, settlements, price lists, special offers).
  • Manage the Customer Service department to deliver high-quality, customer-centric operations.
  • Design and implement Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) programs, including the definition and tracking of KPIs, the implementation of CRM and customer channel mapping and management.
  • Coordinate sales force incentive schemes in partnership with local sales management and the Country Manager.
  • Lead and follow promotional activities performed by external partners, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and with local compliance.
Requirements
  • University degree in Econometrics, Economics or Business Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in Revenue Management in Pharma Industry.
  • Highly collaborative with all cross-functional partners.
  • Strong analytical thinking, action planning and organizing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must.
  • Strong understanding of drug reimbursement and market access processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework in healthcare (medical device and drugs).
  • Strong knowledge of the hospital environment and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of the products, markets, competition, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong command of English at a professional level, both written and spoken.
