Fidgens is a specialist cost consultancy that helps organisations get their office relocation budgets right before board approval, and provides commercial governance before they sign with a D&B contractor.
Two key products. One clearly defined client. Digital-first growth. No interest in becoming another commodity QS practice. Alongside these two core products, we do offer traditional cost management services, but as an extension.
We're hiring one amazing person to take full ownership of our growth function, working side by side with our CEO.
The role: You will take ownership, build and run our entire marketing engine – predominantly digitally via LinkedIn. This includes paid acquisition, content strategy, outbound sequencing, website, landing pages, CRM, graphics & creative assets, as well as marketing data/reporting. You will operate as a department of one, using AI to work at a scale that most marketing teams cannot match.
Who we're looking for: You have personally helped scale a B2B consultancy or professional services business to £5m revenue. You understand high-ticket pipeline economics and the difference between activity and outcome. You think strategically before you execute. Our long-term ambition is to grow a lean and powerful team of max 12 people, leveraging AI and focusing on servicing 1 ICP with 2 core products. Refining and streamlining operations as we grow. (Product price point circa £15k, for 2-week sprints.) You operate with frameworks that work - think Hormozi, Daniel Priestley and Sinek's Start With Why. You want to be part of something for the longer term, take complete ownership of our growth engine and be rewarded accordingly.
Compensation: £60k base salary plus 15% commission on every sale you sourced. At a realistic run rate of four new clients per month, that represents £200k+ OTE, maybe more. Our longer term goal is 10 sales per month... £300k OTE.
How we hire: No CV required at this first stage. Please just submit a short expression of interest outlining why you think you might be a good fit for this role, and feel free to ask any pertinent questions. Feel free to email this over rather than making an application; clarity@fidgens.co.uk
Next step would be an initial 15-minute fact-finding call - you lead the conversation and ask the questions. If there is mutual interest, we will then invite you for a more formal interview, where we can dig into your experience and your thoughts on how you would tackle this challenge if successful.
If a safe salary in a large firm is what you are looking for, this is not the right opportunity. If you want to build something meaningful and help scale a highly profitable business… let’s talk.
