You will mentor and develop junior team members, contribute meaningfully to our sales process, and help drive the continuous improvement of our ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Problem Solving

  • Own the end-to-end technical solution on client engagements — from design and planning through to delivery and adoption.
  • Act as the technical escalation point, managing project progress, risks, and scope to protect Fidenda's commercial interests.
  • Lead workshops with senior stakeholders, applying structured problem-solving to navigate ambiguity and define clear recommendations.
  • Identify when to propose technical versus process or people-change solutions, advising clients with confidence and expertise.

Client Relationships & Communication

  • Manage client relationships effectively at all levels, communicating difficult messages diplomatically and challenging constructively where needed.
  • Lead complex discussions with senior and executive stakeholders, adapting style to audience and context.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Anaplan and partner organisations.

Technical Expertise

  • Architect and deliver Anaplan solutions that meet business requirements and integrate with enterprise systems.
  • Deliver best practice solutions leveraging Anaplan's suite of Applications alongside bespoke build from scratch models.
  • Advise clients on technical strategy across all peripheral Anaplan areas: FCR, Forecaster, Optimizer, Workflow, ADO or CloudWorks.

Leadership & People Development

  • Coach and support junior consultants, helping them set objectives, develop their skills, and maintain quality standards.
  • Foster Fidenda's culture and values, acting as a role model for collaborative and feedback-driven behaviours.

Business Development & Growth

  • Proactively identify client extension opportunities and contribute to the sales process through demos, scoping, and proposal creation.
  • Contribute to capability-building, knowledge-sharing, and the creation of reusable content and internal initiatives.
  • Build external credibility as a Fidenda expert through industry events, LinkedIn, and marketing activities.

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Proven consulting experience with a track record of owning and delivering complex technical solutions in client-facing environments.
  • Deep expertise in at least one of Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Sales, with the ability to challenge clients from a position of domain knowledge.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills, with the commercial awareness to manage scope and protect project interests.
  • Anaplan Solution Architect certification, or significant delivery experience with a clear path to certification.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Desirable

  • Master Anaplanner certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Anaplan's broader toolset: FCR, Forecaster, Optimizer, Workflow, ADO or CloudWorks.
  • Prior involvement in business development — proposals, demos, scoping, or prospect engagement.
  • Established network within the Anaplan ecosystem or connected planning community.

What you can expect from Fidenda

  • Real ownership and autonomy — trusted to shape delivery and client relationships from day one.
  • A clear pathway to Principal-level roles, with transparent expectations and regular development support.
  • Flexible, remote-first working with access to our Kings Cross office.
  • Complex, high-value engagements with leading global organisations across a range of industries.
  • A collaborative, values-led culture with active investment in your growth and external visibility.
