Fidelius Group are excited to share a new role for a Central Services Team Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the central administration teams, supporting the delivery of efficient, high-quality client service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with Client Service and Commercial leaders to build a service orientated culture.
- Driving positive change while promoting seamless collaboration between teams to consistently deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Providing oversight of key platform activity, ensuring platform-related processes, controls, escalations and service issues are monitored, managed and resolved effectively to support good client outcomes and minimise operational risk.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and has previously worked in a similar role within Financial Services. At Fidelius we pride ourselves on excellent client service through long term financial planning and we know our people are the key to our success.
