The Asset Management Compliance, Risk and Business Operations (CRBO) team includes Compliance, Risk, Business Operations, Strategy, Counterparty Research & Analytics, Investment Services, and Strategic Business Initiatives. The team supports Asset Management\’s strategic goals through compliance monitoring, risk oversight, and business planning, emphasizing partnership, modernization, innovation, and talent development.
The Purpose of your Role
The Trading Operations team supports the US and London Fixed Income trading desks, ensuring operational integrity and serving as a contact point for the investment team and partners. The role involves troubleshooting, understanding trading processes, supporting technology, and representing Fixed Income trading on industry and regulatory initiatives. This position is based in London, providing primary on-site support for the UK trading desk.

The Expertise You Bring
- 6+ years of experience in global operations or related fields
- University degree, preferably in business or finance
- Domain expertise in financial services operations or technology
- Broad industry experience, including regulatory considerations
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Team-oriented with attention to detail
