Talent Acquisition is a global HR team operating as the face of Fidelity International with the candidate experience at the heart of everything we do. In rapidly changing markets, we act as brand ambassadors, partnering with our businesses to ensure we attract and secure exceptional diverse talent contributing to our vision of building better financial futures for our customers. The team act as the primary owners for the end-to-end internal and external recruitment processes, utilising a range of sourcing channels and platforms. There is significant liaison with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. They are also responsible for the supplier relationship management of our Preferred Supplier Lists and also regularly contribute to strategic projects both within Talent Acquisition and the wider CPO (Chief People Office) function.

Working closely with your stakeholders across specific business groups, namely Global Platform Solutions and across the Chief People Office, your role will focus on acquiring diverse talent both from within the firm and outside if necessary for the entry level and junior positions. This will include the following:
- Utilising internal talent pools and direct sourcing channels as a first priority
- Supporting across the team with sifting and shortlisting of candidates
- Determining key business requirements through developing and maintaining relationships across the business and working in partnership with the HR community
- Positioning Fidelity as an employer of choice, managing engagement with candidates throughout the selection process
- Supporting and delivering the Talent Acquisition D&I recruitment strategy
- Executing approval and offer processes and ensure continued candidate engagement until start date
- Develop insight and knowledge of talent markets in a variety of locations outside of your immediate remit in order to support dynamic hiring as required
- Managing key supplier relationships (3rd party agencies)
Inhouse recruitment experience ideally within Financial Services
Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems, ideally Workday
