Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) provides a broad set of Technology services across Fidelity and beyond, ensuring that our business is safe and secure and that we deliver the best service to our employees and customers. Key areas include Global Cyber and Information Security, Technology Recovery & Resilience, Enterprise Data Value and Analytics, Architecture, Strategy and Process, Engineering, Enterprise Change and Project Management Office, Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence, Infrastructure, Corporate Enablers Technology and Market Data. All areas are responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and innovative capabilities across Fidelity.

The purpose of this role is to provide effective support to the ETS Business Management team (which supports the ETS Leadership Team) to ensure the smooth running of the global department. This role will specifically support ETS on various communications, meeting organisation, global webinars and learning initiatives, data analysis/reporting and general administrative activities. You will work closely with many different stakeholders across ETS, as well as around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day support to the ETS Business/Vendor Management teams
  • Observe and summarise key meetings/initiatives
  • Produce and coordinate data and statistics to inform key decision making
  • Support communication across ETS (including Zoom webinars, updates on global intranet site and Microsoft Teams channels)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the department
  • Engagement with Microsoft O365 services - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Have achieved GCSE English and Maths (A-C or 4-9)
  • Expecting to achieve 96 UCAS points at A Level or equivalent
  • Have the Right to Work in the UK
  • Have lived in the UK for 3+ years
  • Be available to join us in September 2026
  • Have good computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred)
  • Have excellent communication skills

Training and Development

Over your two-year apprenticeship programme, you will be based predominantly in our Surrey offices, where you’ll learn how our Business Management team contributes to making our organisation work seamlessly, and build your knowledge of the wider business. Your development will be underpinned by the best apprenticeship training and professional certified courses. We take on a select number of apprentices and you will be highly valued here, so your development is invested in from day one. Social and networking events will help you get to know our people and culture. You’ll be learning on the job, working to clear goals and understanding your own potential.
