About Your Team Brokerage Operations supports asset servicing and administration across Fidelity's retail investment platform and brokerage services. The Corporate Actions team is responsible for the accurate processing of global corporate events, dividends, asset maintenance and associated client servicing activities. About Your Role As Corporate Actions Technical Manager, you will act as the technical and operational subject matter expert for corporate actions and brokerage servicing processes. You will own the relationship between Operations and Technology, ensuring systems, data flows and controls support the efficient delivery of brokerage services from asset setup through to client reporting. You will lead the investigation and resolution of complex operational and technology issues, support strategic change initiatives, and identify opportunities to enhance controls, automate manual activities and improve client outcomes. The role requires a strong understanding of brokerage operations, system architecture, data flows and regulatory requirements, combined with the ability to influence stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and third-party vendors.
