About your role
As a Senior Manager in Learning and Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our leadership and learning strategy. You will lead the design and execution of high-impact learning programmes that build future-ready capabilities and directly support our business strategy. This role demands a strategic thinker and confident facilitator who can engage senior leadership, influence stakeholders, and elevate the learning experience across the organisation. This will involve:
- Strategic Learning Needs Analysis: Partner with business leaders, Learning Partners, and HRBPs to identify and prioritise capability gaps aligned with organisational goals.
- Programme Design & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end design, facilitation, and evaluation of medium to large-scale learning programmes, with a strong focus on leadership development for senior audiences.
- Facilitation Excellence: Confidently deliver leadership workshops and development experiences to senior leaders, both virtually and in person, creating space for reflection, challenge, and growth.
- Performance Consulting: Translate complex learning needs into impactful, scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Innovation & Inclusion: Champion innovative learning approaches, including social, digital, and experiential learning, ensuring accessibility and inclusion for a global audience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and external vendors, to co-create and deliver best-in-class learning experiences.
- Data-Driven Impact: Use learning analytics and feedback to continuously improve programme effectiveness and learner experience.
About you
You are an experienced learning professional who:
- Brings deep expertise in learning design, facilitation, and evaluation, especially in leadership development.
- Has a proven track record of delivering impactful learning programmes at scale in a global organisation.
- Is confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and facilitating complex conversations.
- Understands how to align learning strategy with business transformation and organisational change.
- Is comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through influence.
- Has experience managing external learning partners and vendors.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and learner-centred design.
- Brings curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset to everything you do.
