About Your Team

CAO Operating Model team, part of Fidelity’s Global Platform Solutions (GPS) business. We design and implement strategic initiatives to optimise how GPS operates, combining strategy, governance, business intelligence and change delivery.

About Your Role

Lead engagement strategy, inform operating model design, champion agility and embed change across GPS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the Transformation Engagement Strategy across GPS teams.
  • Plan and organise engagement events such as workshops, training and webinars.
  • Partner with Agile Coaches, Value Management Office and Design Council for integrated adoption.
  • Inform GPS operating model design, focusing on people impact and culture.
  • Measure adoption success, track progress and report risks.
  • Champion GA agility, communicate agile principles and drive cultural change.

About You

  • In‑depth knowledge of Agile concepts and frameworks, practical experience in scaled Agile approaches.
  • Strong listening, influencing and facilitation skills.
  • Hands‑on experience performing engagement activities at a previous role.
  • Innovative and creative thinking to solve problems and break complexity into actions.
  • Team player with flexibility to work independently or partner with others.
