About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of Fidelity International for a Lead AI Engagement Analyst to join our Enterprise AI Team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape AI adoption across the organisation, bridging the gap between advanced AI capabilities and business needs, and enabling responsible, scalable, and value-driven AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between AI teams and business stakeholders, understanding domain-specific needs and identifying AI-driven opportunities.
- Develop tailored AI strategies for business units, incorporating generative AI and classical AI methods.
- Define and prioritise AI use cases, establish metrics for tracking, and monitor delivery progress.
- Champion AI adoption by demonstrating proofs of concept, pilots, and “art of the possible” scenarios.
- Build robust business cases linking AI initiatives to measurable benefits such as efficiency, customer experience, or competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with leaders across functions to build consensus and drive coordinated AI adoption journeys.
- Advocate for cultural and operational shifts required to embed AI into core business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of AI technologies (generative AI, machine learning, NLP, classical AI) and their business applications.
- Experience in business strategy development, digital transformation, or emerging technology adoption.
- Familiarity with AI metrics and monitoring frameworks to ensure adoption success.
- Knowledge of regulatory, ethical, and risk considerations around AI adoption.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, confident in presenting to senior leaders.
