Title: Domain Lead – Investment Risk, Performance & Attribution

About your team
Our diverse and talented Asset Management Delivery team is driving significant change to grow a scalable and cost efficient business. The commitment and drive to provide better client outcomes drives the implementation of improved operations and technology solutions.
About your role
Partnering with a Senior Business Accountable Executive you will drive our vision for Investment Risk, Performance & Attribution solutions, as well as overseeing continuous improvement and keep the lights on technology by:
- owning, developing and delivering the domain strategy
- collaborating with strategic programme teams to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and BAU operational running of the domain, ensuring that domain objectives contribute to strategic programme outcomes
- creating the direction, priorities and outcomes to inform forward looking quarterly planning
- providing ownership of the overall backlog; being responsible for roadmap planning, managing and prioritising demand and delivery of small-medium scale enhancements and KTLO initiatives
- providing support to maintain vendor relationships used to support the solutions within the domain
- working with Demand Leads on alignment with overarching ISS demand profile
- directing teams aligned to the domain to effectively deliver solutions aligned to the vision
- driving adoption of automation and efficiency across the domain
- collaborating with chapter leads to ensure that chapter goals and outcomes are being measured within the domain activities
- partnering with the AE to ensure that we have the right mix of skills within the domain
About you
With a solid background in the implementation of complex operational and technology solutions, along with a background in successful leadership you are the person we need. You:
- are comfortable working with people and teams across the business to collectively achieve outstanding results
- know how to share a vision with a wide audience to garner support and engagement
- have strong leadership skills, a strong sense of purpose and team worth
- have strong influencing skills with demonstrable experience of navigating matrixed organisations successfully
- have experience of the creation and practical management of the steps required to achieve a vision
- have managed technology-driven business process change previously
- ideally have strong domain knowledge of one or more areas of Investment Risk, Performance & Attribution
- ideally have previous experience of working with external domain vendors
