This includes coordinating the delivery, helping shape programme enhancements, and evaluating the impact of enterprise‑wide initiatives. You will also help business areas embed inclusive, accessible and responsible practices into their day‑to‑day operations. You will work closely with colleagues across CPO, the wider business, employee volunteer groups (including DEI Networks, CSR Committees, Wellbeing Champions and Mental Health First Aiders) and external partners to ensure activities are engaging, well‑managed and aligned with Fidelity’s goals. Collaborate with stakeholders across Group Functions (e.g. HR, Resourcing & Talent, Risk, Corporate Communications, Corporate Property Services) to embed DEI considerations into core processes, frameworks, policies and materials. Manage employee‑led groups (DEI Networks, CSR Committees, Wellbeing Champions, Mental Health First Aiders) to help them deliver their purpose, engage employees and operate within governance frameworks.
- Governance & Reporting: Lead and oversee the external DEI and CSR reporting framework, ensuring reports are accurate, well‑presented and meet regulatory and internal requirements. Ensure supporting action plans are developed and tracked to drive progress against key priorities. Act as the Secretariat to the DEI Committee, managing agendas, meeting papers and follow‑up actions.
- Communications & External Partners: Manage relationships with external DEI and CSR partners, networks and suppliers to ensure fidelity benefits fully from memberships, services and insights. Manage the annual DEI and CSR comms and engagement programmes, ensuring content is engaging, inclusive, timely and aligned with Fidelity’s brand.
