Key Responsibilities
- Carry out corrective maintenance, including fault finding, troubleshooting and achieving first-time fixes wherever possible
- Complete remedial works and small installation tasks
- Perform preventative maintenance across a range of systems
- Liaise professionally with clients while on site
- Work with monitored systems in coordination with our Alarm Receiving Centre
- Represent Fidelity and the Ranger Group as a professional ambassador in the field
- Complete all site and electronic documentation accurately and promptly
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across all relevant disciplines
- Participate in ongoing internal and external training covering technical, regulatory and health and safety requirements
- Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers and apprentices
- Take part in the out-of-hours on-call rota

Salary & Benefits
- £42,000 – £46,000, depending on skills and experience
- Company vehicle and fuel card
- Participation in on-call rota (approx. 1 week in 6)
- £385/week standby payment
- £90 for travel to site and first hour on site
- Standard overtime rate for subsequent hours
- Paid overtime at 1.5x standard hourly rate
