Responsibilities:
- Corrective maintenance works - to include fault finding, troubleshooting and a first-time fix whenever possible
- Remedial and small works
- Preventative maintenance
- Client on site liaison
- Working with monitored systems in liaison with our Alarm Receiving Centre
- Act as a Fidelity ambassador when out in the field
- Completion of all required site and electronic paperwork promptly and with attention to detail
- Demonstrate good industry knowledge of all required disciplines
- Participate in regular ongoing internal and external technical, regulatory, and health and safety training
- Mentorship and guidance for junior engineers and apprentices
- Participate in out-of-hours On Call Rota

Salary and Benefits:
- £32,000 - £40,500, depending on skills and experience
- Company vehicle and fuel card
- Out of hours On Call is required roughly one week in six. £385/week standby payment, plus callouts at: £90 for travel to and first hour on site, your standard overtime rate for subsequent hours
- Paid overtime at 1.5x standard hourly rate
