About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and inspire a team of warehouse operatives. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate fulfilment while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in productivity and efficiency.
Maintain accurate inventory control and resolve discrepancies.
Enforce health & safety regulations and best practices.
Identify and implement process improvements for continuous efficiency gains.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse/logistics environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.
What We Offer
Pay: Up to £31,626 per annum
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Monday-Friday 13:00-21:00
Holiday: 31 including public holidays increasing with service to 33 days including public holidays
