At Fidelity Energy, we’re looking for an ambitious sales professional who’s ready to take ownership of a role and genuinely progress their career. If you thrive in a target-driven environment, take pride in your pipeline, and are motivated by results, this could be the opportunity for you.

As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in our commercial team, managing a portfolio of partner accounts and taking full responsibility for driving revenue growth. This isn’t a passive account management position. It’s a sales role that rewards those who are proactive, organised, and consistently hungry to perform.

You’ll own your pipeline from end to end, managing inbound opportunities, progressing deals, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the high standard Fidelity Energy is known for. Alongside this, you’ll manage the full renewal cycle for your accounts, deliver fast and accurate quotations, and work closely with our Business Development Managers to maximise revenue across your partner base. You’ll also be expected to build genuine, trusted relationships with your partners, understanding their challenges, keeping them engaged, and positioning Fidelity as the natural choice for their customers.

What We're Looking For

  • A proactive, commercially minded individual with experience in sales or account management
  • Strong communication skills, confident on the phone and clear and persuasive in writing
  • A disciplined approach to CRM, pipeline management, and follow-through
  • The ability to manage competing priorities without losing focus on what drives revenue
  • Someone with a genuine desire to grow, professionally and commercially
  • Someone who thrives working in a fast-paced office environment

What Success Looks Like

You'll be measured on new business revenue, renewal conversion, net retention, quote turnaround, and the quality of your partner relationships. We give our people the tools, support, and autonomy to hit those numbers, and we recognise and reward those who do. If you're looking for a role where your effort directly shapes your results, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Offer in Return

  • Competitive basic salary based on experience
  • Commission, paid quarterly
  • Company pension scheme
  • Ongoing training
