Aim of the job The Product Manager Bakery Equipment will support the UK sales team in driving sales of equipment into the bakery sector, providing expert advice, insight and technical knowledge of bakery products and processes. Key Responsibilities & Tasks Collaborate with the sales team on customer visits, offering specialist knowledge of bakery products and production processes. Understand customer needs and challenges in bakery production and provide tailored solutions to optimise their operations. Serve as a technical resource advising customers on the selection, application and benefits of technologies. Partner with the sales team to identify and convert opportunities, representing the bakery machinery product range to new and existing customers. Build strong relationships within the bakery industry to drive engagement and influence purchasing decisions. Requirements Proven experience in the bakery industry with a strong understanding and knowledge of bakery processes, product development and technology. Technical expertise in bakery machinery, production operations and best practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and influence decision making. A driven, enthusiastic and determined professional with an in-depth knowledge and passion for the bakery industry and a natural talent for influencing sales. Ability to travel to customer sites throughout the UK.
