Fidelis Healthcare is seeking a commercially driven Commercial Manager to design and lead a new Complex Care division across the UK. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle, win adult and paediatric packages, and align strategic growth with safe, high-quality care.
Reporting to the Directors, you’ll build relationships with ICBs, CHC teams and Local Authorities, shape the division’s strategy, and drive performance through a high-velocity, target-driven culture in a fast-growth environment.
