Fidarsi are partnering with a growing financial services organisation to appoint a Programme Manager to lead a complex portfolio of transformation and integration initiatives. This role will play a critical part in driving enterprise-wide change across multiple business functions, ensuring projects are delivered through strong governance, clear methodology, and effective stakeholder engagement.

We are looking for a senior change professional with a strong background in programme delivery, PMO leadership, and transformation within regulated financial services environments.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading large-scale transformation and integration programmes
  • Establishing and embedding robust project governance and delivery frameworks
  • Driving programme structure, methodology, reporting, and controls across multiple workstreams
  • Managing programme RAID logs, dependencies, budgets, resource planning, and delivery timelines
  • Partnering with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making
  • Leading PMO best practice and creating consistent delivery standards across the business
  • Producing high-quality programme reporting, MI, and board-level updates
  • Managing third-party suppliers, advisors, and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Supporting operational change, process improvement, and organisational integration activity
