Fidarsi are partnering with a fast-growing, tech-led fintech bank on a mission to redefine financial services for the modern world. Agile, customer-focused and compliance-minded, they blend cutting-edge technology with regulatory rigour. As they scale, they are building a people-first culture — and they are looking for a proactive and experienced Employee Relations Consultant to help lead that journey.
As an Employee Relations Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business on all matters of employee relations. From managing high-impact change processes to navigating sensitive cases, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, HRBPs, and legal teams to deliver fair, compliant, and commercially smart outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and oversight on complex grievance, disciplinary, and performance matters.
- Manage and advise on TUPE transfers (in and out), ensuring legal compliance and smooth transitions during business change.
- Support initiatives related to SMCR (Senior Managers and Certification Regime), ensuring alignment between people processes and regulatory expectations.
- Negotiate and implement settlement agreements where necessary, managing risk and reputational considerations.
- Build ER capability across the People team and wider business through training, coaching, and policy development.
- Stay ahead of employment legislation and regulatory change, translating legal insight into practical guidance.
Strong experience in an ER-focused role, ideally within a regulated or financial services environment. Deep knowledge of UK employment law, with hands-on experience of TUPE and managing SMCR-related HR processes. CIPD qualified or equivalent HR/ER experience.
