Fidarsi is partnering with a high-growth, international organisation to appoint a People Operations Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People leader who enjoys building scalable people infrastructure, improving systems, and acting as a trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders. The role offers a genuinely broad, end-to-end remit and the chance to shape how a global organisation evolves its people function.
You’ll lead core people programmes, drive operational excellence, and influence how the business scales — while managing and developing one direct report.
The role:
- Lead and evolve people programmes including onboarding, performance, organisational design, development and remuneration
- Own global benefits strategy and ensure compliant delivery across multiple regions
- Support and deliver performance and remuneration cycles with a strong focus on enablement and execution
- Lead HR technology, HRIS and workflow improvements, including automation and vendor transitions
- Produce board-level people insights and dashboards on headcount, hiring, turnover and workforce trends
- Design scalable, end-to-end HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
About you:
- Proven experience in a People Lead, HR Operations, People Partnering or HR Consulting role within a scaling or multi-regional organisation
- Strong project management, process design and change management capability
- Experience supporting or running performance and remuneration cycles
- High data literacy and confidence presenting insights to senior leaders
- Strong HRIS experience with an eye for optimisation and automation
- Knowledge of multi-jurisdiction employment practices
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- You must have experience working within a fast pace, growth technology or financial services business.
