Fidarsi is partnering with a leading Investment Manager to appoint an Office Coordinator to join the business on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced environment, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the London office and providing a first-class experience for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the London office
- Coordinating with office suppliers, contractors and service providers
- Assisting with facilities, maintenance and general office requirements
- Managing meeting rooms and helping to coordinate internal meetings and events
- Ordering office supplies, refreshments and other office essentials
- Supporting internal hospitality and ensuring meeting areas are well presented
- Assisting with new starter onboarding and leaver processes
- Working closely with HR, Finance and Executive Assistants across the business
- Supporting employee events and initiatives that contribute to a positive office culture
- Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad-hoc projects as required
About You:
- Previous experience within an Office Coordinator, Office Assistant or similar administrative role
- Ideally experienced within financial services, professional services or another fast-paced corporate environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, approachable and happy to get involved across the office
- Professional and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
