Are you a qualified accountant looking to take on a role with real influence, visibility, and ownership? We’re supporting a growing specialist lender in the property & real estate finance space that has continued to expand headcount, products, and lending volume over the last few years. The finance team is well-established (c.7 people) and this role will manage one team member while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being embedded in the commercial side of finance — partnering with different functions, shaping budgets/forecasts, analysing performance, and helping drive decisions.

Alongside the core management accounting and FP&A responsibilities, a unique aspect of the role is maintaining strong relationships with a group of high-net-worth investors, ensuring they receive accurate reporting and clear insight. This requires confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate numbers into meaningful discussion.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance analysis across the business
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to support decision making
  • Prepare monthly journals, P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support external audit and reporting processes
  • Maintain accurate investor records, interest schedules and payment summaries
  • Prepare investor and internal performance reports and commentary
  • Monitor market trends and assess implications for portfolio and investors
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Experience in property finance, lending, private credit, bridging, BTL, or wider FS
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability
  • Confident communicator who can build trust with senior internal stakeholders and external investors
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business
  • Happy being in the office 5 days a week in Central London
What This Offers
  • Genuine influence and exposure across the business
  • The ability to shape processes and improve reporting frameworks
  • A collaborative team who value new ideas
  • Competitive salary + annual bonus + strong benefits package
  • Clear progression and development opportunities
