Fidarsi are partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their People team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to take ownership of employee relations matters while gaining exposure across the full employee lifecycle within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
Working closely with managers and stakeholders across the business, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing practical HR guidance, driving policy and process improvements, and supporting a positive employee experience.
- Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters.
- Lead and manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, capability, absence management and investigations.
- Coach managers on best practice people management and employee relations issues.
- Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
- Support organisational HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and oversee HR systems administration.
- Produce HR reports, dashboards and people metrics to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years' experience within a generalist HR Advisor or Senior HR Administrator role.
- Strong employee relations experience with confidence managing cases independently.
- Solid understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Comfortable producing HR reports and analysing people data.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic and commercial approach.
