Fidarsi are partnering with a growing London-based law firm looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who enjoys working autonomously, managing a varied caseload and building strong client relationships within an entrepreneurial environment. The successful individual will handle a broad range of contentious matters while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

The Role

  • Managing litigation matters from inception through to resolution
  • Providing strategic legal advice to both individual and corporate clients
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation
  • Conducting legal research and preparing court documentation
  • Managing disputes across a broad range of areas including commercial, civil and employment-related matters
  • Advising clients on settlement strategies and risk management
  • Representing clients in hearings, mediations and negotiations
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Working collaboratively across wider legal teams where required

About You

  • Strong litigation experience with the ability to independently manage a caseload
  • Excellent understanding of Civil Procedure Rules, pre-action protocols, Part 36 and costs
  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
  • Experience handling complex disputes within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A driven and ambitious mindset with the desire to grow professionally
