We’re looking for a high-performing Finance Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced finance team, supporting EMEA operations within a complex, regulated environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to step into a business-facing role, combining financial control, performance insight, and data-driven reporting, with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.
The Role: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality management reporting across EMEA, providing clear insights to support strategic decision-making. Alongside core financial responsibilities, you will play a key role in enhancing reporting capabilities through the use of Power BI and automation. You’ll also take ownership of key financial processes, including variable compensation accounting, while contributing to planning, forecasting, and wider finance team support in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including commentary and variance analysis
- Deliver insightful performance analysis to senior stakeholders and business leaders
- Own and enhance Power BI dashboards, improving reporting consistency, automation, and insight
- Present financial results at monthly governance forums (e.g. ALCO)
- Manage variable compensation accounting, including accruals, revaluations, and payouts
- Support planning and forecasting cycles, working closely with senior finance and business teams
- Produce quarterly reporting materials for senior leadership (e.g. Town Halls)
- Ensure robust execution of month-end processes, including journal preparation and controls
About You:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience in Management Accounting and/or FP&A
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment or similar complex organisation
- Strong background in month-end close processes, including journals, accruals, and controls
- Proven ability to produce management reporting and actionable insights
- Advanced Power BI skills (data modelling, DAX, dashboards)
- Strong Excel and financial analysis capability
- Experience with tools such as SmartView, S4, Kyvos, or Anaplan is advantageous
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and confident working with senior stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes through data and automation
