We are working with a leading wealth and investment management firm to recruit a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. This is a handsâon, strategic role supporting the design, governance, and delivery of reward programs across multiple entities.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will manage core reward activities including salary and bonus reviews, adviser and variable pay, benefits management, payroll oversight, benchmarking, and reporting. You will provide expert guidance to senior leaders and colleagues across People & Culture, Finance, and Payroll, ensuring reward strategies are aligned with business objectives, market practice, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate annual pay and bonus cycles, offâcycle reviews, and retention cases.
- Manage variable pay and adviser remuneration schemes with clear governance and compliance.
- Support development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across multiple entities.
- Conduct benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay analysis to inform decisions.
- Oversee benefits arrangements to ensure competitiveness, costâeffectiveness, and alignment with employee needs.
- Provide reporting, analysis, and guidance to support senior leaders, committees, and governance requirements.
- Support reward aspects of M&A activity, including due diligence and integration planning.
