Fidarsi are partnering with an established Investment Manager to hire an Employee Relations Assistant on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, to start immediately or one week notice. London based, working in the office 2/3 days a week.

The Employee Relations Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Employee Relations team. This role is responsible for assisting with employee relations matters, maintaining records, supporting investigations, and promoting a positive work environment. The position requires strong organisational skills, taking notes, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, particularly within the highly regulated financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievances, with a focus on compliance with financial industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Support HR investigations by preparing documentation, scheduling meetings, and taking notes.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and financial services regulations.
  • Assist in drafting and distributing communications related to employee relations matters.
  • Provide administrative support for disciplinary and performance management processes.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on employee relations trends, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries from employees and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate training and initiatives that support a positive workplace culture within the financial services industry.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Employee Relations Manager.
