Fidarsi is partnering with an established wealth manager who are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead and support the delivery of complex programmes, ensuring strong governance, effective execution, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role spans programme management, hands-on delivery, and PMO leadership, requiring a balance of strategic oversight and operational control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programmes and projects, from initiation through to closure.
- Define and manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure alignment of programme outcomes with organisational strategy and business objectives.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio.
- Drive execution of complex change initiatives, ensuring milestones and benefits are realised.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, risk, and business units.
- Provide clear direction and leadership to delivery teams, fostering accountability and high performance.
- Ensure consistent delivery methodologies and best practices are applied.
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, reporting, and controls.
- Produce high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders, including progress, risks, and financials.
- Support portfolio prioritisation, resource planning, and capacity management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insight and challenge where needed.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering complex programmes in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of programme governance, PMO frameworks, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels.
- Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, and benefits realisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
