HR Officer International Bank | London | £35,000 + benefits We’re partnering with a well-established international bank in London to hire an HR Officer to join their growing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional looking to broaden their exposure within a regulated financial services environment. Reporting into the HR Manager, you’ll provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with internal policy and FCA-regulated standards. Drafting contracts and HR documentation Supporting payroll and benefits administration Advising managers on HR policies and procedures Assisting with employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence) Supporting recruitment and stakeholder coordination 2–4 years’ HR experience, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment ~ Confident managing HR administration with accuracy and discretion ~ CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) preferred ~ Supportive and collaborative HR team Competitive salary circa £35,000 plus benefits If you’re looking to step into a stable, reputable banking environment and continue developing your HR career, we’d love to hear from you.
