I am working with a leading financial services organisation seeking an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Consultant to join on a 6-month contract. This is a key role supporting a period of organisational change, requiring strong experience within regulated environments and the ability to operate confidently at a senior stakeholder level.

The Role

  • Leading and advising on redundancies and organisational change programmes
  • Supporting wider change management initiatives across the business
  • Partnering with senior leaders and SMF / regulated role holders
  • Managing complex ER cases with professionalism and discretion
  • Providing clear, commercially focused HR advice within a regulated environment

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior ER / HR role within financial services or another highly regulated environment
  • Strong track record of managing redundancies and large-scale change programmes
  • Experience working with SMFs or regulated roles
  • Confident engaging with and influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Able to balance commercial outcomes with people impact
