I am working with a leading financial services organisation seeking an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Consultant to join on a 6-month contract. This is a key role supporting a period of organisational change, requiring strong experience within regulated environments and the ability to operate confidently at a senior stakeholder level.
The Role
- Leading and advising on redundancies and organisational change programmes
- Supporting wider change management initiatives across the business
- Partnering with senior leaders and SMF / regulated role holders
- Managing complex ER cases with professionalism and discretion
- Providing clear, commercially focused HR advice within a regulated environment
- Engaging in board-level conversations and influencing senior stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience in a senior ER / HR role within financial services or another highly regulated environment
- Strong track record of managing redundancies and large-scale change programmes
- Experience working with SMFs or regulated roles
- Confident engaging with and influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks
- Able to balance commercial outcomes with people impact
