Fidarsi is partnering with an established wealth management business to appoint a Head of PMO to lead and develop its project and change function.
This is a senior and highly visible role, working closely with the Executive team and senior stakeholders to provide oversight and governance across a portfolio of strategic, regulatory and business transformation initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced PMO leader who can bring structure, challenge and consistency to change delivery, while operating effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the PMO function and provide oversight across the organisation’s change portfolio
- Establish and maintain robust project governance, reporting and delivery frameworks
- Partner with senior leadership to prioritise projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Provide clear visibility of portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, budgets and resources
- Drive consistency and best practice across project and programme delivery
- Challenge project owners and stakeholders to ensure accountability and successful outcomes
- Oversee resource and capacity planning across the change portfolio
- Support the delivery of strategic, operational, technology and regulatory change
- Provide high-quality reporting and insight to Executive and Board-level stakeholders
- Build a strong culture of delivery, governance and continuous improvement
About You:
- Significant experience leading a PMO, Change or Transformation function within financial services
- Ideally experienced within wealth management, investment management, asset management or a similarly regulated environment
- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, programme delivery and change methodologies
- Proven experience managing complex, business-wide transformation portfolios
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge
- Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable balancing governance with the need to deliver
- Experience presenting at Executive and/or Board level
- Strong understanding of operating within an FCA-regulated environment
