Fidarsi is supporting the search for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst on behalf of a leading UK wealth management organisation. The firm operates across multiple regulated entities and continues to grow its investment and advisory capabilities. This role sits within the HR function and will support the delivery and administration of compensation and benefits programmes across the group. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring reward structures are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business strategy within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management and administration of compensation and benefits programmes across multiple legal entities within the group.
  • Assist with the annual compensation cycle including salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive scheme administration.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and reward analysis using external compensation data and internal analytics.
  • Prepare compensation reports, analysis, and insights for HR leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain salary structures, job grading frameworks, and internal reward documentation.
  • Ensure reward practices remain aligned with regulatory and governance requirements within financial services.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and payroll teams to ensure accuracy of compensation data and reporting.
  • Support the administration and review of employee benefits programmes including pension schemes, insurance, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis related to employee rewards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to compensation policies and reward governance.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 3–5 years’ experience in compensation & benefits, reward analysis, or HR analytics.
  • Experience within financial services, asset management, or wealth management is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
  • Experience working within organisations with multiple entities or complex organisational structures.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation benchmarking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
